Mechanics
The gameplay boils down to duels that visually resembles the clashes from the main entries of this franchise. In reality, however, the gameplay mechanics are completely different - instead of arcade action, they focus on strategic planning in the turn-based system. In Tekken Card Tournament, attacks are activated with cards. Collecting the most valuable pieces and creating a deck plays a key role. Interestingly, Bandai Namco also sells physical sets of cards that we can activate in the game. The authors have not forgotten about the extensive deck editor, which allows players to create multiple separate combinations using the same cards.
Technical aspects
The production was also published on smartphones, tablets and browsers. All versions are compatible so that owners of different platforms can have fun together. The game is available in a free-to-play model with microtransactions.
