Hell Invaders is a network card developed by Spicy Horse team. The game boils down to fighting battles with other players with the help of hand-selected decks. The game is enriched by the visualization of clashes, thanks to which the actions of the cards are shown as the actions of three-dimensional characters.
Hell Invaders is a collector's card game. The production was developed by Spicy Horse studio, with titles such as Alice: Madness Returns, Akaneiro: Demon Hunters or Crazy Fairies.
Players embody daredevils who go to hell to free unjustly trapped souls. In the course of our adventures we have to face such monsters as the Lord of the Dead or the Obit demon. We conduct our war in a way known from other cards. In the course of adventures we have to collect our own deck and improve the cards included in it. Hell Invaders allows you to have fun alone, but we use this mode mainly to train our skills. The real heart of the game are multiplayer games, in which we can face other players. Network clashes are asynchronous, so each of the battle participants can make moves at any time of their choice. The winner receives points to ensure promotion in the ranking. Our position in it influences the prizes we will receive.
Each card has its own class, which determines whether a warrior specializes in short-circuit combat, long-range attacks or in treating comrades in weapons. The second attribute is belonging to one of the elements - fire, water, wind or earth. Some characters also receive free slots that fill up with selected skills, which allows you to modify the basic attributes of the card. An interesting element is the visualization of clashes. Instead of watching only the cards on the virtual table, we can follow the three-dimensional representations of battles. Praiseworthy, PC and tablet versions are fully compatible. This enables the owners of different platforms to have fun together. User accounts are also common. This allows you, for example, to start a game on your computer and then continue it on the tablet.
The game uses a free model with micropayments. In the virtual shop we can buy booster packs, i.e. additional sets of random cards and passive skills, which increase the chance to draw valuable prizes after winning a match.
