Super Mega Baseball 4

Super Mega Baseball 4 is the fourth installment in a series of baseball arcade games originating from 2014. It was developed by Metalhead Software, the studio responsible for the series, and published by EA Sports.

Mechanics

The gameplay of Super Mega Baseball 4 doesn't differ much from the previous installments. The game combines mechanics inspired by arcade machines with realistic ball physics and a complex statistics system. These describe individual players, reflect how effective they are on specific positions and can be increased by hiring coaches.

The new installment introduces over 200 baseball superstars, including Ozzie Smith, Jason Giambi, Valdimir Guerrero czy Johnny Damon, having them play alongside the fictional characters from Super Mega League All-Stars. The developers have also expanded the trait system and introduced the Team Chemistry stat. There are also six brand new stadiums to play on.

Game modes

Super Mega Baseball 4 supports singleplayer and multiplayer (local and online).The game also supports cross-platform, letting players compete against each other regardless of the platform. The primary gameplay mode is, once again, Franchise, in which we lead our own team to fame.

Super Mega Baseball 4 retains the series' colorful, cartoonish, exaggerated artstyle.
