Strinova PC

Strinova is a network shooter based on the original idea of allowing players to quickly switch between the two- and tri-dimensional forms of the characters they control. The production is distributed on a free-to-play model with micropayments, and was developed by Chinese studio iDreamSky.

Gameplay

In Strinova the action is viewed from a third-person perspective (TPP). During the gameplay, we take on characters known as Superstrings, each of whom fights in their own way, has their preferred weapons, and possesses unique abilities.

The pillar of the game is multiplayer skirmishes, which we fight by leading the chosen "Superstring" into battle. On the battlefield, the key to success is skillful juggling of the abilities of the controlled hero or heroine and a diverse arsenal. In addition, in order to win, we must make use of the ability to switch from the tri-dimensional model of a character to its two-dimensional "sprite" (and vice versa).

The latter can give us a significant tactical advantage. In the two-dimensional form, not only can we get into hard-to-reach places (for example, using narrow passageways or moving along the surface of walls), but we also r?st become very difficult targets to hit; its downside, however, is the inability to fire.

As we progress, we gain energy points, which we can spend on various reinforcements for our character, increasing his combat potential through the development of weapons, skills and armor.

Game modes

Strinova game was prepared with a view to multiplayer play over the Internet. There are various modes to try, such as Demolition (where attackers try to plant and detonate two explosives, while defenders do everything to prevent them from doing so) or even Scrimmage, a deathmatch for three teams (the first team to get 50 kills wins).

The graphic design of Strinova 's game is kept in a manga style.
