SteamWorld Headhunter is an action adventure game set in steampunk-western universe. The project was developed by Image & Form studio

and it is a part of SteamWorld brand. Characteristic feature of the brand is its genre diversity. Among the titles belonging to it we can find SteamWorld Tower Defense strategy, SteamWorld Dig and SteamWorld Dig 2 platform games, SteamWorld Heist turn-based game and SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech RPG.

Mechanics

SteamWorld Headhunter is the first installment of the franchise to offer 3D graphics, which affects both the visuals and gameplay mechanics. The game focuses on a cooperative mode, where a group of players must work closely together against hordes of AI-controlled enemies.
