StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty Expansion Pack
Release Date: March 29, 2016
An official collection of DLCs to the StarCraft II trilogy, launched in 2010 and developed by the creators of the original franchise, legendary studio Blizzard Entertainment. The new missions are set after the events of StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void, when Terrans try to rebuild their Empire, battered after many wars. The story focuses on an agent of the Ghosts squad named November ‘Nova’ Terra, a character known from previous installments.
StarCraft II: Nova Covert Ops is a PC collection of DLCs to the StarCraft II trilogy consisting of StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty, released in 2010, and its two standalone expansions: Heart of the Swarm (2013) and Legacy of the Void (2015). Developed by the creators of the original game, the legendary Blizzard Entertainment, Nova Covert Ops offers three separate DLC packs, which, interestingly, do not require owning any of the previous installments of StarCraft II. In order to play them you need StarCraft II Starter Edition, i.e. a free game edition that offers a couple of solo missions and a very limited version of multiplayer.
StarCraft II: Nova Covert Ops is set after the events of the last part in the trilogy, StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void. Terrans are trying to rebuild their Empire, worn down after numerous civil wars and constant attacks of the Zerg. The story focuses on a character known from previous installments – an agent of the Ghosts squad, named November „Nova” Terra. As the game proceeds, the protagonist has to take on a dangerous group of separatists called the Defenders of Man and ensure the safety of Emperor Mengsk.
Unlike the original game, where one of the key game elements was the expanded multiplayer mode, the collection of DLCs StarCraft II: Nova Covert Ops for PC offers no online gameplay. Each of the three DLC packs includes three extensive missions, which amounts to nine brand new levels designed solely for single player.

Game Ratings for StarCraft II: Nova Covert Ops Video Game.
Destructoid: 7.5 / 10 by Chris Carter
StarCraft II: Nova Covert Ops doesn't deliver anything that you haven't seen before, but it does it in an engaging way that sufficiently supplements the universe. If you aren't big on the massive time investment that a typical StarCraft campaign warrants, this is a nice little alternative.
Softpedia: 7 / 10 by Andrei Dumitrescu
The company would do well to deliver both Pack 2 and Pack 3 of the Nova Covert Ops for Starcraft 2 at the same time, even if players have to wait a little longer for it, and to also find interesting ways to tweak the mechanics of the franchise to make the missions unique and solid enough to support a new major storyline.
TechRaptor: 5.5 / 10 by Patrick Perrault
With a ho-hum story and three run-of-the-mill missions that last for an hour of gametime, you may want to wait until you accept this particular Op.
