Star Wars Jedi Video Game Series

A series of action adventure games with RPG elements, set in the universe of Star Wars. The series was created by Electronic Arts-owned studio Respawn Entertainment, whose portfolio includes such projects as Titanfall or Apex Legends.

The first part of the series, the game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (known in Poland under the title Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order) debuted in November 2019 on PC and PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles. The action of this production was set between the events of the third and fourth episodes of the film saga, and its main character was made Cal Kestis - a padawan survivor of the purge of Jedi knights who came to the attention of the Imperial Inquisitor; although the protagonist initially hid from the forces of the Empire, he eventually decided to confront them. The title was an artistic and commercial success; on the Metacritic platform it boasted an average rating in the 79-81/100 range and attracted more than 10 million players. Thus, the production launched a new and excellently performing brand. The second part of the series, i.e. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor (in Poland - Star Wars Jedi: Survivor) was announced in May 2022. In it, the developers again made the main character Cal Kestis, who continued his fight against the forces of the Empire and tried to rebuild the Jedi Order.
