Star Wars: Battlefront - Bespin

Star Wars Battlefront – Bespin for PS4, PC and XONE is another DLC pack for the 2015 online multiplayer action game by EA DICE, set in the cult Star Wars universe. The expansion was first made available for those, who purchased the season pass, while other players were allowed buy it two weeks later.

Mechanics

Traditionally, the main feature of the Bespin DLC pack are four new multiplayer maps, which allow you to visit previously unavailable locations, such as Cloud City and the Administrator's Palace, located on the eponymous planet. You can also hunt you opponents in the Bioniip Laboratiories and carbon-freezing chambers. On those maps, you can encounter e.g. the iconic AT-AT walkers and take to the skies in a new vehicle called the “cloud car.” Bespin adds two new blasters to the game: the short-distance EE-4 and a night-time, sniper version of the X-8.

The expansion introduces two new characters: the smuggler Lando Carlissian and the bounty hunter Dengar. The former specializes in using blasters, assessing the situation, and tricking enemies. Dengar, on the other hand, loves the heat of the battle and prefers the DLT-19, which makes him the first character, who uses a heavy blaster. Other features include new cards and – just like in the previous expansions – yet another, secret gameplay mode.
