This latest addition to the Star Soldier family follows in the tradition of revved up tournament action that has made previous titles hits in America and in Japan. Pilot your craft against overwhelming alien odds as you fly from the bottom of the screen towards the top, shooting any ship or structure that dares to cross your path. Along the way, you can collect power-ups to increase your weapon or shield strength. Now go get in your Caesar fighter craft and save Earth from the Core Brain!

This is tournament-style gameplay at its best! Go for the high score in 2-Minute or 5-Minute Modes or see if you have the fastest trigger finger in Quick Shot Mode! Then visit the online leaderboards and see if your scores are the best in your region. If global domination is what you’re really craving, check out your rankings on national and global leaderboards, too! Haven’t made it to the top yet? Keep practicing until you do! You'll find a significant amount of depth and replay value in Star Solder R as you learn all of the different strategies to get bonus points in 2-Minute and 5-Minute Modes.

There’s even an all-new Force System: collect up to five orbiting satellites that can be held close to the ship for defensive cover or sent out for additional firepower.
