Star Ancestor

Star Ancestor is a game described by its creators, the French development studio Image Studio, as: a cosmic opera with a large amount of dynamic combat and a complex storyline, with a large dose of "emotional experiences", realized in modern 3D graphics. The action of this production takes place in the twentieth century, after mankind colonized the Solar System and found a gap in outer space, which opened the way to a new, unknown star system. The scientific expedition, which would be sent to explore new areas, was suddenly attacked by aliens living in this system. A heated war between two other worlds. Peaceful people have been forced into a bloody battle aimed at defeating hostile nations, learning about their technology and planets that inhabit them.

Gracz becomes Captain Demetrio, the commander of the elite earthly combat units. The plot of the game throws us into the very centre of these dramatic events. Slowly we discover the secrets connected with the past of the new system and the motives of its inhabitants. We participate in subsequent missions and command earthly troops in combat (command menu, including "behind me" or "shield me"). The tasks are very diverse - we take part in rescue missions, reconnaissance and regular battles, whose aim is to maintain certain positions. Numerous film exhibitions, both between missions and during their duration, are woven into the whole.
