Spirit: Lucky's Big Adventure

Mechanics

We start the game by creating our character. Lucky has a predetermined character and face, but we can adjust her appearance by changing clothes. During the game we gain more items for her wardrobe, so everyone will find something for themselves.

We observe the whole game from a third person perspective. Depending on our preferences, we travel through the world on foot or on horseback, but of course not everywhere we can get with a mustang. The open area is filled with various activities, mainly connected with treasure hunting, but also with horse races or helping animals in need. By undertaking these activities we improve our bond with Spirit, thanks to which he becomes stronger and is able to take us to more inaccessible areas. We also need to remember to look after it properly, for example by cleaning or feeding it. From time to time we will also need to use Lucky's friends to help us overcome obstacles.

Achieving goals is not always easy. During the game you have to watch out for the actions of Hendricks, the horse hunter, who is also interested in Miradero's treasures and can sabotage your friends' moves.

Technical aspects

The graphics in Spirit: Lucky's Big Adventure are similar to those in the animated films. It is based on vivid colours and not too detailed models, without any unnecessary effects.
