Spec Ops: Ranger Team Bravo is the first extension to the 1998 release of Spec Ops: Rangers Lead the Way. The add-on prepared by Zombie LLC development studio introduces a multiplayer mode for up to six players, as well as three new missions to the solo campaign.

Released in 1998, Spec Ops: Rangers Lead the Way was well received by players, although many of them complained about the lack of multi-player options. In response, Zombie LLC and Ripcord Games decided to prepare an add-on containing multiplayer mode.

Spec Ops: Ranger Team Bravo offers a multiplayer option for up to six players. Players can compete with each other or cooperate in several popular multiplayer variants, such as deathmatch or capture the flag. The arena of clashes are maps of solo missions.

For the supporters of the single-player game, developers from Zombie LLC have prepared several new scenarios, which complement the main campaign. Commanding soldiers from the 2nd Battalion of American rankings, players can take part in missions located in Bosnia, Iraq and Vietnam (from 1968).
