Shapez.io is an economic strategy inspired by Factorio. The player takes control of the shape factory. His task is to plan production lines in such a way as to create the most complex objects from basic raw materials.

Mechanics
Shapez.io resembles Factorio with its game mechanics. The player's task is to expand and manage the shape factory. For that purpose, it must design production lines that supply the basic elements from the sources to the appropriate processing points, where they are given the appropriate shape, position or colour. The resulting objects can be further connected to each other to create more advanced structures.
The adventure takes place on a map, which increases as the factory expands. This allows infinite expansion. Additionally, the game has open source software. This means that every player can influence the development of the game.

Shapez.io has a simple, two-dimensional graphic design. The gameplay is shown in the top-down view.
