The entire project is driven by an advanced three-dimensional graphical engine, offering full interaction with the environment and several camera shots - from a practical "bird's eye view" to a slightly more useful first person perspective for people-to-people contacts. Every potential employee of the clinic is characterized by their own characteristics, so before we begin to strengthen our knowledge we should examine the ground well, analyzing the personality of the individual we are interested in. We must also be aware that the time we spend communing with women (or, if we play with a male doctor) is unlikely to bring us additional sources of income - so if we want to get rich, we have to put aside our love conquests. The possibilities of expanding the clinic are significant, so the excess of money is not likely to be threatened.
