Remnant II Expansion Pack
Release Date: April 23, 2024
The second add-on for the TPP action RPG from 2023. The action of Remnant II: The Forgotten Kingdom takes place in Yaesha and we explore the history of the tribe and prepare to face the stone spirit Lydus. The DLC offers new quests, new character class and new items.
Remnant II: The Forgotten Kingdom is the second major expansion for the action RPG game titled Remnant II. The add-on was developed by the authors of the original, namely Gunfire Games studio.
In Remnant II: The Forgotten Kingdom we end up in the land of Yaesha. Our task is to delve into the forgotten history of the tribe that once inhabited this territory, as well as to confront Lydus, the wrathful, stone spirit.
Remnant II: The Forgotten Kingdom brings a number of new missions to complete and dungeons waiting to be explored. In addition, the expansion introduces a previously unavailable character archetype (class). Invoker, who we are talking about, possesses the mystical power of the jungle, which he can use on the battlefield.
In addition to this, new weapons, amulets, rings and various improvements have been prepared for the expansion, which we can equip our character with. The list of novelties is topped by previously unseen opponents (led by powerful bosses) and new NPCs.
Similar to the base version of the game and to the first add-on, in Remnant II: The Forgotten Kingdom we can play alone or in online co-op mode where it spreads its wings.
Remnant II: The Forgotten Kingdom requires the base version of Remnant II to run, as it is a non-standalone expansion.

Game Ratings for Remnant II: The Forgotten Kingdom Video Game.
Hardcore Gamer: 3.5 / 5 by Jordan Helm
While a feeling of déja vu and retreading familiar ground may spring up, The Forgotten Kingdom still musters enough originality and welcome content to hunt down to make Remnant II's second DLC outing a satisfying if not spectacular addition. What it may lack in true environmental and level design variety, it more than makes up for with new enemy types and testing boss fights alike. As divisive as its perilous puzzle and platforming segments may wind up being, The Forgotten Kingdom still makes sure to pepper such moments with the worthwhile gear and weapons we've come to expect. A case of more of the same, which in itself is no bad thing, The Forgotten Kingdom while not the most substantial or stand-out of efforts, is still very much a fitting reflection of Remnant II's greatest strengths.
GamingBolt: 6 / 10 by Ravi Sinha
From the inside looking out, The Forgotten Kingdom is more content for the Remnant 2 hardcore to sift through, earning new guns and equipment while facing a few fresh challenges. Nothing more and nothing less.
Rectify Gaming: 7 / 10
The Forgotten Kingdom is yet another iteration of standard DLCs for Remnant 2. It’s not fantastic or groundbreaking, but it’s not bad either. If you’re looking for something more substantial, or like most other players, an entirely new world, you won’t find it here. But if you’re looking for more loot to acquire, puzzles to solve, and baddies to kill, this one will get the job done.
