Project Wunderwaffe: War in Ukraine

Project Wunderwaffe: War in Ukraine is an add-on to the simulation-strategy game released in 2022 called Project Wunderwaffe. The DLC was developed by the authors of the original, namely the Polish studio Weasel Games. Half of the proceeds from sales were to be donated to support Ukrainian soldiers fighting on the front against Russian invaders.

Historical realities

Unlike the base version of the game, which took place during World War II, Project Wunderwaffe: War in Ukraine takes us to the early 2020s, to the times of Russia's armed attack on Ukraine. During the game our task is to build a large military logistics center, through which international support for soldiers defending their country against the aggressor passes. The stakes are high, as it largely depends on our actions how quickly Ukraine will be able to win this conflict.

Novelties

Among the new content introduced in Project Wunderwaffe: War in Ukraine the main features are the new map and the possibility of expanding the base above the surface. In addition, changes compared to the original include modern weapons and ammunition. We manage the production and shipment of them to the Ukrainian army during the game. This expansion also features Patriot ground-to-air missile systems, M1 Abrams tanks, MQ-9 Reaper drones, or even M109 self-propelled howitzers.
