Project Caesar is the code name of a grand strategy game developed by Paradox Tinto, a studio belonging to Paradox Interactive. Although this has not been officially confirmed by the developers, reliable rumors indicate that we are dealing with Europa Universalis 5.

The project is supervised by Johan Andersson, the creator of a series recognized among home-grown strategists. Since 2020 he's the head of the Paradox Tinto studio. Moreover, a series of posts dedicated to this project and published on the official blog, titled Tinto Talks, describe the mechanics characteristic of the Europa Universalis series.
