Pro Rally 2001 is a rally simulator produced and published by Ubisoft. Players have the opportunity to drive one of the 15 licensed rally cars (including Peugeot 206 WRC and Toyota Corolla WRC) and take part in an exciting competition held on 24 tracks in 12 different corners of the world.

Pro Rally 2001 is a rally simulator, a competitor and contender to knock off the throne of the famous Colin McRae Rally 2, both in terms of driving realism and audio-visual setting. In the game we can sit behind the wheel of one of fifteen licensed cars divided into three groups: Kit Car, WRC and Legend. Among them we will meet the best rally cars in the world, such as: Peugeot 206 WRC, Toyota Corolla WRC, Citroen Xsara KC or Renault Megane KC.

The training mode allows you to get acquainted with the power of rally cars and test your skills on specially prepared routes and tracks. In the single- and multi-player modes of Time Race, Skill Game and Championship, divided into Kit Car, WRC and B categories, we will race in 12 different countries on 24 challenging gravel, asphalt, snow, ice and mud trails. During the race we are constantly accompanied by a computer pilot, who constantly analyses the actions and suggests the best manoeuvres.

The physics of rally car behaviour was treated with considerable realism. During a crash, all the characteristic parts of the car can be damaged, e.g. smoke from under the bonnet and can even lead to an effective immobilisation of the vehicle. Fully three-dimensional view from the cockpit or several cameras from the outside and realistic, real-time special effects such as dust clouds, flowing clouds, shadows or splashing mud are additional advantages of the game.

Each vehicle is described by 60 different parameters, which can be modified at the player's own discretion.
24 routes located in 12 different countries, e.g: Kenya, France, San Remo, New Zealand, England.
Detailed and very realistic graphics using all the capabilities of today's GPU accelerators.
Weather conditions such as rain, snow, fog and day or night skiing are taken into account.
