It seems virtually certain that Paradox Interactive will reveal the Prison Architect 2 game next week.

Paradox has announced several DLCs for its popular strategy games. Fans can look forward to the release of such expansion as Crusader Kings III: Royal Court, Prison Architect: Second Chances, or Empire of Sin: Make It Count.

During the PDXCON 2019 event Paradox Interactive went all out. The publisher showed the first trailer of Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood, and announced a bunch of expansions, such as Hearts of Iron IV: La Resistance, Age of Wonders: Planetfall - Revelations, Stellaris: Federations, Prison Architect - Psych Ward: Warden's Edition and BattleTech: Heavy Metal.

Paradox Interactive became the new owner of rights to the Prison Architect brand, which was bought from Introversion Software studio. While the publisher has ambitious plans related to its development, the existing authors intend to focus on new projects.

Prison Architect is officially launching today on Steam. Day-one patch will expand the prison manager game by the Escape Mode, in which you switch roles and become an inmate in a high security jail trying to break free.
