Postal 4: No Regerts Description
Postal 4: No Regerts is the fourth full-fledged installment of the controversial series of action games, telling the story of "The Postal Dude". Running With Scissors is responsible for the development of the title.
Plot
Postal 4: No Regerts takes place a few years after the events in Paradise. "The Postal Dude" and his four-legged friend, the dog named Champ, travel around the United States.
During one of the stops, in Arizona, the protagonist's belongings are stolen. Deprived of any livelihoods, he goes to the nearest town - Edensin - to start a new life.
Mechanics
Postal 4: No Regerts uses the solutions known from the second part of the cycle. The player explores an open world, filled with various activities, such as side quests. The title does not impose the way the game is to be played. So we can decide on a pacifist approach to the environment, or destroy everything on our path.
During the Edensin adventure, the players will come across many different factions, e.g. obsessive fans of Game of Thrones.
As was the case with the previous installments, Postal 4: No Regerts offers a wide range of weapons. Available guns include rifles, pigeon cannons and water pistols. There is also a possibility to modify existing weapons. The range of available improvements includes, for example, a cat silencer.
Game modes
Postal 4: No Regerts offers only single-player gameplay.
Technical aspects
Postal 4: No Regerts offers a comic book-like design and the gameplay is presented in first-person perspective (FPP).
It is also worth noting that Jon St. John provided voice to "The Postal Dude". He earlier played the role of the title character of the Duke Nukem series.
