Set in pirate climates, the MMO strategy, in which we lead a group of fearless corsairs, and our task is to expand the base and conquer new territories. During the game we build and improve buildings, collect raw materials and develop new technologies. An important element of the game is multiplayer mode with PvP rivalry and the possibility of setting up guilds.

Plunder Pirates, released on AND and iOS, is a pirate MMO strategy, in which players develop their overseas bases and compete with other players. The title was developed by Midoki studio, founded by former employees of such industry giants as Sony or Eidos. The publisher of the game is the Finnish company Rovio, known mainly for its Angry Birds series.

Mechanics

The gameplay mechanics are based on similar solutions as Clash of Clans or Backyard Monsters. We lead a group of fearless pirates, and our main goal is to expand the base. During the game, we collect resources, erect new buildings and research new technologies. An extremely important element of the game is to take care of the appropriate defensive abilities of our settlement because it can get attacked by other players.

One of the most important places of each base is the shipyard, where players build ships. Once we have a strong fleet, we can conquer new territories, plunder cities - controlled by artificial intelligence and those managed by other players. Importantly, we fight not only at sea - our pirates can leave the ship and fight on land. Plunder Pirates also features a special exploratory mode where you can visit unexplored sea areas, search for hidden treasures and fight against legendary sea monsters.

Technical aspects

Plunder Pirates is distributed in the popular free-to-play model offering optional micropayments, thanks to which we can make the game significantly easier.
