PUBG Lite is a free-to-play version of the Playerunknown's Battlegrounds online shooter, which made Battle Royale mode popular. This release has been adapted to lower specification PCs and has lower hardware requirements.
PUBG Lite Description
PUBG Lite is a free online action game with Battle Royale mode. It is a graphically reduced version of Playerunknown's Battlegrounds, adapted to work on older computers. The game was released by Bluehole studio.
Mechanics
The mechanics in PUBG Lite aren't different from other productions offering Battle Royale gameplay. A large number of players are thrown onto a large map, which decreases with the progress of the game. Everyone's task is to survive as long as possible.
At the beginning of each game, players jump out of the plane and descend using a parachute. We can jump out at any time which means that we can land anywhere on the map. Each player starts without any equipment. We acquire items on the battlefield by searching through various types of abandoned buildings. In addition to weapons and armor, we can also find modifications that will give you an advantage over your opponents.
Efficient movement around the map is possible thanks to the minimap, which clearly indicates potentially interesting places, such as abandoned settlements. Players also have access to several different types of vehicles, such as off-road vehicles.
Game modes
PUBG Lite offers only multiplayer mode. The maximum number of players in a match is 100. The fight can be fought in three modes: free-for-all as well as in two and four-person teams.
Technical aspects
PUBG Lite, like its predecessor, runs on the Unreal Engine 4. Since the production is dedicated to owners of low-end PCs, its graphics have been decreased. This is particularly visible in the surroundings - they have been significantly reduced in detail.
