Phantasy Star Portable 2 is a continuation of the action game with RPG elements embedded in the Phantasy Star universe. Once again, we fight against the threat lurking in the cosmos, this time as a member of a military organization guarding order in the colony of Clad 6.

Phantasy Star Portable 2 is a continuation of the action game with RPG elements released in the middle of last year (Japan, in other territories the game appeared much later), maintained in manga style. The creators again offer us a transfer to the world of Phantasy Star, and the story itself, although set 3 years after the events presented in the first part, concerns completely different characters and threads.

This time we don't play the role of one of the elite Guardians. In return, our hero is employed as a bodyguard by Little Wing, a company that manages a cosmic colony, called Clad 6. As you can see, the "military" character of the game has been maintained and the character we lead has really a lot to do. The creators have prepared new, complex missions, of which there are three times as many as in the previous one, new opponents and completely refreshed and modified designs of all character classes.

And that's not all the changes that occur in Phantasy Star Portable 2 - each class received a few new moves to use in combat, including a special avoidance for immediate defense, powerful weapon attacks available after they've been charged, and shields that hurt enemies if we use them at the right time.

For the needs of the game there was also prepared an extensive "spoken" content as well as a greater number of dialogues - according to the creators of the game, the amount of text doubled in relation to the previous part of the game. Quite an important novelty is also multiplayer mode - this time in the full sense of the word, because we can play not only locally but also on the Internet. Some of the missions have been prepared solely for multi-person struggles.
