Exploration results in discovering new locations filled with various secrets and valuable resources. The game offers a simple crafting system which allows the player to make use of said resources.

Paradise Bay, released on AND and iOS, is a 3D social strategy, produced by King.com studio. The developer has made a fortune on such hits as Candy Crush Saga and Bubble Witch Saga. The production was released in a free-to-play model with optional microtransactions.

Mechanics

In Paradise Bay, we focus on two basic activities: expansion of the paradise island and trade. Development takes place through the use of a simple crafting system - by exploring the game world and unlocking its successive regions, we discover the surrounding secrets and gain access to valuable resources. With their help, we create tools and objects helpful in erecting buildings and various kinds of attractions, such as a home garden.

Due to the random availability of resources, trade is extremely important. We sell the acquired materials and items to traveling merchants arriving at our port (getting the desired items in return), put them on the local market, deliver them to our neighbors, carrying out the missions commissioned by the game, and pass them on to friends. The player can also participate in additional attractions such as fishing, diving in search of treasures or discovering and breeding animals.

Technical aspects

Paradise Bay offers decent graphics. The graphics are characterized by rich colors and nicely modeled 3D objects. The game is accompanied by a relaxing soundtrack, maintained in paradise atmosphere.
