Over G Fighters Description
Over G Fighters features dynamic combat with the most lethal military air fighters in the world. It is possible to play either in arcade or simulation mode.
In the case of the former option the controls are rather simple. You have an endless supply of air-to-air missiles, which you should fire at as many enemies as you can, minding the mission time limit. Simulation mode is much more complex than that. Mastering all gameplay elements – including take-off and landing – takes some time.
In the detailed view from the cockpit you can also see HUD elements that show all the information you might expect of a flight simulator: altitude, fuel gauge, enemy position, etc. Shooting down an enemy takes a few-step procedure: taking a shooting position, keeping it steady until the homing system locks down on the target, and firing a rocket. Of course, at the same time you have to make sure that you are not being targeted by an enemy. A mindless, aggressive approach usually ends up in a bolt of fire, after an enemy attack.
The navigation system warns you e.g. when you are getting too close to a building or flying blindly toward the sun. The left analog stick lets you control the plane, whereas the right one rotates the camera.
