ONRAID Description
ONRAID is a multiplayer shooter with platform game elements, developed by independent studio Pragmatix.
Mechanics
In ONRAID we observe the action from a side perspective. In the course of the game we play as a hero representing one of the nine specializations; each class has been equipped with unique weapons, gadgets, combat skills, and a set of strengths and weaknesses. The game focuses on traversing levels and eliminating everything that stands in our way, especially characters controlled by other players, but also powerful bosses controlled by the AI.
The game features an extensive crafting system- after collecting the appropriate amount of resources we can create 45 types of weapons, more than 80 gadgets useful on the battlefield and more than sixty skins for our character.
Game modes
ONRAID is designed for playing with other players. The competition takes place in one of four game modes (Crystal Collection, Point Control, Capture the Flag and Sphere Control), and we can invite friends and players from all over the world to join our team.
The whole thing is complemented by online rankings, where we can boast of team and individual achievements, as well as the tasks we undertake between clashes in order to win special prizes.
Technical aspects
ONRAID's two-dimensional visuals show are of quality thanks to the cartoonish, slightly caricatural design. The game is distributed in a free-to-play model with optional microtransactions.
