Oddsparks: An Automation Adventure is a strategy game with simulation and adventure elements. It was developed by an indie studio Massive Miniteam and published by HandyGames.

Plot

Oddsparks: An Automation Adventure is set in a fantasy world. The player must learn its mysteries and uncover the identity of the creator of the titular Sparks.

Mechanics

Oddsparks: An Automation Adventure makes use of the top-down perspective. In order to complete our mission, we must construct automated workshops ran by diligent Sparks. Our facilities need to run smoothly and be well-optimized; there are no conveyor belts and all resources must be transported by hand.

The player can also explore the game's colorful world alongside a group of Sparks. There are beautiful locations to visit and various enemies to defeat; combat is fast-paced, while the player can command the Sparks into battle.

While exploring, we can come across useful resources, suitable areas to build new workshops in, and info that progresses the story. We'll also meet various characters and complete quests, unlocking new buildings and structures to implement into our workshops. The worlds are procedurally generated, making each playthrough different than the last.

Game modes

Oddsparks: An Automation Adventure supports singleplayer and online co-op. Players can drop in and out of games as they please.
