Nigel Mansell's World Championship is a Formula 1 race in an arcade edition, realized by Gremlin Graphics, the manufacturer of the famous Lotus series. The game is sponsored by a British driver, who in 1992 for the first and only time won the title of world champion in this sport.

The game is F1A licensed, so we will see in it both theamas and players at that time. The game takes place on sixteen faithfully reproduced tracks, from South Africa to Australia. The program offers several fun modes: full World Championship, including qualification, training mode, single race and driving school with Nigel Mansell, who gives you tips on how to master the machine. Despite the typically arcade character of the game, the authors of the program also included poor options of car modification. The player decides on the choice of tyres, rear spoilers and transmission ratios.

Riding is not very complicated, and all you have to do is to reach maximum speed on the straights and slow down before sharp corners. During long races it is possible to descend to a box where the tires are replaced. Of course, such a decision will result in the loss of valuable seconds, so you should use the rubber very carefully while driving.

The graphic design resembles the Lotus series mentioned above. The track is made almost identically - the only differences are the introduction of bands and pillars with advertisements that densely decorate each route. The music is only available in the main menu, while driving you can only enjoy the sounds of the engine.
