Mythastasis

Neuromythis an independent puzzle game, in which we arrange surrealistic animated images representing neurons in the brain of a sleeping god. The game was developed by the Ice-Pick Lodge studio (authors of the Pathologic series), joined by the creator of mobile games Nemo Soda.

Mechanics

In Neuromyth the player's task is to move the elements of illustrations visible on the screen. The images represent the inside of the mind of a sleeping god - they simultaneously represent planets in the solar system and neurons in the head of the said being. The player's task is to shape these neurons into full-sized beings.

We do this by moving the elements of the image using the touch screen, which unlocks additional possibilities. For example, if we identify several things that symbolize sensory signals, we can put them together in one of many combinations and thus gain access to new options. Playing all the time we influence the appearance of the illustrations and create more and more strange creatures.
