Negative Nancy is a humorous adventure game in which our role is reduced to saying "no" or... not at all. The game was developed by an independent American studio FEED.

Plot

The hero of Negative Nancy is Nancy, who works as a cashier in Megamart store. The protagonist hates her job, so one day she decides to take control of her life and finally say "no" to everyone (or almost everyone) who gets in her way - from demanding customers, to her friends, to her incompetent superiors.

The game offers four stories from Nancy's life, the course of which depends on the choices we make.

Mechanics

In Negative Nancy we observe the action from a first person perspective (FPP). We observe more or less absurd situations in which Nancy finds herself, and we talk with other characters... or rather, we listen to their monologues. When finally one of our interlocutors asks us a question, we can answer it (we have only one choice, which is "no") or remain silent. It is worth remembering that our choice affects the behavior of characters and the course of events.
