Expanded production, belonging to the MMORPG genre, with the action set in the world of science fiction Mutant Chronicles created and invented years ago by Target Games. The authors claim that their work is a unique combination of fantasy and science fiction (also called techno-fantasy RPG). The action of the game takes us to a distant future, where people have already managed to leave the Earth and settle on many planets of the Solar System - in this world there is a constant struggle between megacorporations. The action takes place in a huge area (the size of the game world is best evidenced by one city of Luna, located on the moon, inhabited by a population of 60 million people and divided into 21 zones).

Mutant Chronicles Online did not have a plot known from typical RPG games - we do not get to do some "higher" purpose. We decide for ourselves what we want to do. We can focus our efforts on the successful completion of individual quests or, if we want, promotion in the hierarchy - mentioned above - of corporations. At one moment with a loyal employee of such, we will be able to become her number one enemy. Every player's decision and actions have an impact on the whole world around them, thanks to the construction of the game itself and the character development system. Everything is interlinked and affects each other, from politics to trade.

We can create our unique character by combining over 300 different elements, including Strength, Stamina, Dexterity, Intelligence, Physic and Mystic. The hero has 23 basic parameters, which can be developed (each with a range from 0 - newcomer level - to 100 - master level), can use different spells or blows, use more than 60 types of weaponry, etc. The hero can also use different types of weaponry.
