Mortal Kombat Onslaught is a cRPG developed for mobile devices. The game features a cinematic story campaign, having us create a team of four out of iconic characters from the series.
Mortal Kombat: Onslaught is a mobile action RPG game on iOS and Android. The game lets us command iconic heroes from the titular series against the forces of evil. It was developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Games.
Plot
Earthrealm is once again facing danger, and so, its heroes join forces to protect it. Raiden, Sub-Zero, Johnny Cage and other kombatants must defeat Shinnok, one of the series' most iconic villains.
The story is cinematic and visually close to the AAA installments of the series.
Mechanics
Mortal Kombat: Onslaught is a cRPG, in which we create a squad of four kombatants and have them battle waves of enemies. Combat is fast-paced, letting us use many different combos, special abilities and the series' trademark finishing moves, Fatalities.
The playable roster features over fifty characters, unlocked by progressing through the story mode.It includes Liu Kang, Sonia Blade, Scorpion, Shao Kahn, Kitana and many others, some kombatants available in several variants. All characters belong to different classes with different strengths (Assassin, Warrior, Sniper, Defender). Acquiring rewards and resources lets us level up our heroes, increase their power and get better equipment. We can also find Relics, items granting powerful bonuses during battle.
Game modes
Mortal Kombat: Onslaught includes the story campaign, the Boss Tower where we must face increasingly stronger opponents, and PvP arena battles.
