Midnight Fight Express

Midnight Fight Express is a spectacular beat'em up. It was developed by Jakub Dzwinel, an independent Polish developer, and published by Humble Games.

Mechanics

In Midnight Fight Express the action is shown from an isometric view. The game consists of forty different levels.

We play as a hero who wanders through the city, fighting with hordes of enemies that attack him. We eliminate them using fists, legs and cold weapons (such as knives or steel pipes) and various gadgets (such as rope, which allows us to instantly jump on the enemies). In addition, during duels we can use environmental elements and perform brutal finishers.

The battles are not only spectacular, but also extremely dynamic, so during them we have to use our dexterity and reflexes to dodge and block the attacks and make quick counterattacks. From time to time, street battles are replaced by spectacular shootouts and chases, during which we use firearms.

As you progress, you develop your character by unlocking various cosmetic add-ons and gaining access to new weapons and attacks.

Game modes

Midnight Fight Express allows only to play solo. However, our actions are regularly scored and we can publish our achievements in online rankings, which is a substitute for multiplayer competition.

Technical aspects

Midnight Fight Express has colourful graphics kept in cartoon style. Animations for the game were made using motion capture technology.
