An action game designed for multiplayer gameplay, which is a spin-off of the Mercenaries cycle. Players play the roles of the title mercenaries, waging exciting battles on very varied maps. Initially, the production was created in the Pandemic studio, after which it was taken over by EA Los Angeles (now DICE Los Angeles).

Mercs Inc. Description
Mercenaries Inc. is a minor installment in the Mercenaries series. The production was officially discontinued by Electronic Arts shortly after the decision to close the Pandemic studio which was replaced by EA Los Angeles (now DICE Los Angeles).
The game was designed to play in multiplayer mode via the Internet. The players take on the mercenaries and fight team battles on highly diverse maps.
The developers of Mercenaries Inc. did their best to ensure that the gameplay was not limited only to the elements typical in shooters with a third person perspective (TPP). The battles between mercenaries are dynamic in course of which the players can use many types of weapons (such as machine guns, sniper rifles, and grenades) and vehicles (cars, helicopters, and others).
According to the initial project, the developer crew at Pandemic Studios intended to use a modified version of their own game engine, Zero (used in Star Wars: Battlefront II, The Lord of the Rings: Conquest and Mercenaries 2: World in Flames), providing a good compromise between quality graphic design and system requirements.
Note: after the closing of the Pandemic studio, the development of the game Mercenaires Inc. was postponed. No information about the hardware platforms, not even approximate release date, and also the confusion associated with the transformation of the development branch of Electronic Arts in Los Angeles, allows one to safely assume that the work on the project has been canceled.
