MechWarrior 3: Pirate's Moon Description
Similar to the basic version of the game, the extension contains 20 missions. Some of them create a separate mini- campaign Inner Sphere, while others are separate, unrelated events, in which you can also play the roles of the title pirates and stand up to fight on the side of the New Belt faction. The addition of Pirate's Moon introduces six new mosses to the game, including Atlas and Masakari, as well as extending the arsenal of available weapons.
In terms of audio-visual setting, the changes are small. The extension is characterized by equally refined animations and at the same time a short interface. The developer paid more attention to Artificial Intelligence, thanks to which the behavior of computer-controlled Mechs is more appropriate to the situation, and defeating the opponents requires considerable skills of managing the robot.
The changes also included a multiplayer game mode. There are not only new boards, but also multiplayer options.
The attention is drawn by a much higher level of difficulty, so the Pirate's Moon plugin should be of interest to experienced moss pilots.
