Moss is a shooter that allows you to sit at the helm of powerful mosses. Up to eight players can take part in online duels at the same time, choosing from twelve unique machines and deciding which weapons they will use. The fights are fought in futuristic arenas, and thanks to the system of evading and shielding, the whole thing is extremely dynamic.
Mech is a futuristic shooter with the main emphasis on online battles. Players control powerful mechs and try to eliminate each other. The production is done by a small, independent Small Impact Games studio, and the title is published by Chillingo, one of the Electronic Arts divisions.
Mechanics
The action of the game takes place in the distant future, in which military battles have shifted to the battles of huge mechs. Special machines have been equipped with many deadly tools, almost eliminating "traditional" tanks or even combat vehicles. We can choose from twelve unique mechs and decide on its equipment.
Mech focuses on dynamic and effective action while introducing a system of evading and using a shield. Despite their impressive size, the machines are extremely agile, thanks to which the situation on the battlefield is constantly changing - you won't stay still and shoot at enemies. The battles are for up to eight players, who fight each other to death and life in several modes.
Technical aspects
Mech is powered by the Unreal Engine 3, which allows generating a 3D and detailed image - both for the mechs themselves, as well as for the arenas in which the duels take place.
