A third-person action game, prepared mostly for multiplayer gameplay for up to 8 people. In Mayhemers we have two opposing factions to choose from. If we pick a Mayhemer our goal is to create chaos, while playing as Guardian we must work on stopping the destruction.
Mayhemers is an action arcade game, designed primarily for multiplayer gameplay. It was created by an independent developer using the pseudonym Anigtas.
In Mayhemers we watch the action from a third-person perspective (TPP). The gameplay takes place on a procedurally generated map, which becomes an arena for battles between two conflicting factions.
The first of them are the Mayhemers, whose task is to sow chaos around them and collect points, as well as to reach the exit before time runs out. To achieve this, the Mayhemers must destroy everything they encounter on their way, set objects on fire, and beat other characters.
On the other side of the barricade stand the Guardians, who must do everything in their power to make life difficult for the Mayhemers. For this purpose, law enforcement officers engage in fights with their opponents and lock them up in prisons, forcing their colleagues to abandon their main mission and come to their rescue.
Mayhemers was built around a multiplayer mode for a maximum of 8 players divided into two teams. The game can also played alone.
The graphic design of Mayhemers was made in low poly technique (it was based on a small number of polygons). Many elements of the environment can be destroyed, which is a source of chaos points.
