Bloons TD 6 is a tower defence strategy game, which is a sequel to the 2012 game. The game puts the player in the role of the commander of monkeys defending themselves against monsters. The game was developed by Ninja Kiwi studio.

Bloons TD 6 is a colourful tower defence strategy game, in which we control monkeys fighting against enemies called Bloon. It was developed and published by Ninja Kiwi, an independent studio (developers of other games from the Bloons series, including Bloons TD 5).

Mechanics

In Bloons TD 6 we observe the action from a top-down perspective. The game is a fairly typical tower defence strategy game - we build a base in it, consisting mainly of various towers and reinforcements, and then we defend it from successive waves of enemies, controlling towers and heroes (we can use their special abilities, and each hero has two skills).

Game offers dozens of different maps and types of towers / heroes (including two new ones - Druid and Alchemist). During the game all towers can be developed in three different ways. In comparison to the previous part of the cycle, another - fifth - level of development appeared, on which only one monkey can get.

Another novelty are previously unseen opponent types, such as Purple, Fortified or B.A.D.

Game modes

In Bloons TD 6 we can play solo or with others. The game offers a single player mode, but the gameplay gains momentum only in the online co-op module.

It is worth noting that players have at their disposal several modifications changing the gameplay - for example, we can double the number of enemy' life points.

Technical aspects

Bloons TD 6 has a nice, 3D graphic design. The graphics are very colourful, thanks to which they fit well with the cartoon style of the game. Also making a solid impression are the various animations and lighting effects (many of which were only added in this installment) that we observe on screen.
