Lethal League Blaze Description
Lethal League Blaze is a continuation of the original arcade game from 2014. Similarly to its predecesor, Lethal League Blaze was developed by an independent studio called Team Reptile.
Mechanics
In Lethal League Blaze we play as one of the players bouncing off the antigravitational ball, and our task is to eliminate the opponent by hitting them. However, it is complicated by the fact that after each hit the ball gains speed. The key to success is not only to develop a unique style of play for each character, but also to skillfully use their special abilities and make proper use of power-ups scattered around the arenas.
It is worth noting that the game has doubled the number of playable characters. Newcomers include Jeta equipped with a jetpack, a gangster named Grid, a former policeman Nitro, and Doombox, who in the first game was a boss.
Game modes
Lethal League Blaze can be played either alone or with up to three players (via the Internet or on a shared screen). The production gives us a wide range of game modes - from the Story mode, through the Arcade created for those who prefer playing alone, to the multiplayer Lethal Volley, Teams, Free-For-All, and Strikers.
Technical aspects
The strength of Lethal League Blaze is the sound design. The fun takes place with the accompaniment of works by such artists as Frank Klepacki, Pixelord, Klaus Veen, Bignig and Hideki Naganuma. The graphics design is also interesting, based on cartoons from the nineties of the twentieth century.
