LEGO Star Wars Video Game Series

The next part, LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars, was released in 2011. This time the movie themes were abandoned in favor of the popular animated series, which tells the story of the conflict between the Republic and Separatist forces. However, the departure from adaptations of film works was temporary. The sequel, premiering in 2016, is titled LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It depicts the story told in the 2015 film of the same name, supplemented by threads connecting it to the Return of the Jedi. Five years after its release, players lived to see the release of all previous installments in an edition of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, refreshing the formula of all parts and introducing numerous improvements to them.

All parts of the series are based on the same scheme. In them we control various characters known from the universe of the Star Wars universe and perform extensive missions, spread over planets such as Jakku or Takodana. In the course of the game we have to defeat successive waves of enemies, solve environmental puzzles or deal with arcade platform stages. We observe everything from a third-person perspective. We pass the available tasks with two characters - if we play alone, we can switch between them seamlessly, while in co-op mode the second character is driven by another player. An important element of the gameplay is collecting blocks scattered around the mission areas. Their appropriate number we exchange for improvements in the attributes of the steered characters. Not all levels are traversed on foot - some are played in vehicles or spaceships.

The narration of all the installments is very humorous and presents the events of the saga in a way adapted to younger audiences.
