The second part of the popular Infocom adventure game. The plot of the program focuses on the meteorite, which falls to Earth near the American town of Atom City.

The player can choose between three characters: the owner of a gas station (Zeke), the daughter of an astronomy professor (Lydia), and a monster named Barth, which crashes near Atom City. Regardless of whoever the player wants to control, the game boils down to exploring the town and its surroundings, as well as visiting the cosmos, where the main opponent lurks and wants to conquer the blue planet.

Despite the references to the cult predecessor, the second installment of Leather Goddesses of Phobos! no longer arouses the same enthusiasm. It's all the more strange as Steve Meretzky, a distinguished designer for the genre, is responsible for the production of the programme. The most important accusation concerns the length of the game - without much effort the whole adventure can be completed in a few hours. The initial choice of the hero is also of little importance (Lydia's and Zeke's paths are very similar, the real differences can be seen only in the case of choosing Barth, but he in turn boasts the fastest way to finish the struggle).

The true power of Leather Goddesses of Phobos! 2 lies in the excellent audiovisual setting. Both static images and spoken dialogues are respected, especially if you take into account the year of production of the program. A big advantage (although not for everyone) is also the use of the simplified "point & click" interface, which allows you to perform all manoeuvres with a left mouse click. Unfortunately, adventure games are primarily a scenario, and here's the second installment of Leather Goddesses of Phobos! fails along the entire line.
