Lazarus Creek is a casual adventure with hidden object game produced by Aidem Media. The player takes on the role of Elaine, who uses the gift of clairvoyance to explain the circumstances of her father's disappearance and discover the mystery of the curse over the picturesque bay of Lazarus.
Aidem Media studio specializes in games addressed to the youngest. However, Lazaurs Creek is an exception to this rule, which is an attempt to reach older audiences from the so-called casual market (occasional players).
The main character of the game is a young woman - Elaine, whose father disappeared in unexplained circumstances. Earlier, he asked his daughter to help unravel the mystery of the curse on the title bay of Lazarus. Soon it turns out that this place hides dark secrets, and the mysterious tunnel, people melting in black smoke and hypnotized inhabitants are just the beginning....
Lazarus Creek gameplay is based on the elements to which casual adventurers are accustomed - during the game the player has to face puzzles such as hidden objects game, as well as solve a number of puzzles that require manipulating the environment or using items from equipment.
The visual side of the game does not differ from the standards set by competing productions, the creators used two-dimensional graphics with hand-drawn backgrounds and simple animations. The gameplay is made more pleasant by the atmospheric soundtrack.
