As befits a classic RPG game, our hero is described by several coefficients, which determine individual skills. In the course of the game we can increase them, reaching subsequent levels of experience (points are usually gained in battles with monsters). Initially, Desmond will travel alone, but then you can create a real team, ensuring the company of other characters. Wandering around the world we can also collect treasures and money. Gold coins will be useful mainly for the purchase of better weapons, which will make it much easier to continue the struggle.
Knights of Xentar was published in two versions: for teenagers and adults. The latter was coloured with a large number of pictures with close-up women in the leading role. Hentai enthusiasts should be delighted - the drawings are of excellent quality and make a pleasant impression. The rest of the visuals are also at a high level, although some may be irritating to the caricature images of all the characters encountered during the adventure. It is worth noting that the action can be observed both in two dimensions and in three. In the latter case, only the tilt of the camera changes, but the effect (to real 3D far away) is quite decent.
