The player plays the role of a karateka, which in a series of duels with other masters of this martial art, will have to get a black belt. However, the way to this goal is far from being reached, the remaining colours should be included first and there are as many as six of them (from white to brown). The winning of a higher belt hierarchy takes place after the survival of ten fights. As it's not difficult to calculate, the black belt will be reached only after sixty difficult skirmishes.

Three players take part in the game. For each blow we get a certain number of points, symbolized by dots at the top of the screen. The first to win six of them wins. The second in order also moves on to the next round, while the third one leaves the rivalry. Of course, this is only relevant for players controlled by players. The computer will always be promoted even in case of a severe failure.
