These heroes are the only survivors of the helicopter catastrophe, members of a team delegated to explain the situation in a North Korean military-research complex. This base was captured by a dangerous terrorist group, and it is important for the Russians inasmuch as even during the times of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, work on a murderous virus code-named Instinct was transferred to it. Representatives of North Korea are now suspecting Russian forces of sabotage, and the people of the Kremlin think exactly the opposite. Protagonists must therefore infiltrate the complex and solve the problem.

Our opponents in the game are both terrorists and North Korean soldiers. In addition, it turns out that the virus infects the scientific staff, turning it into a multitude of killer monsters with supernatural abilities. A total of ten different types of opponents have been prepared, which we can deal with with with twelve types of weapons (e.g. pistol, assault rifle and even crossbow). The action was divided into seventeen extended stages, including enclosed rooms and extensive open spaces. Everything is generated by the DS2-Engine engine, which offers many spectacular effects (HDR lighting, volumetric fog, etc.).
