Identity Description
Identity is an unusual, ambitious MMORPG, the devs of which made an attempt to break out of the established formula of the genre. In the game, we will find a huge world, which operates on principles similar to those known from real life. Asylum Entertainment is responsible for developing this title.
Mechanics
Identity is nothing like a typical MMORPG. You won't find grind or fighting against monsters, and the gameplay is closer to titles like Second Life - it's focused on imitating real life.
The player creates a character, and then begins their adventure in a huge world (the place is fictional, but modeled after a fragment of the eastern United States), having almost complete freedom in terms of their actions. We can take up one of the many professions - e.g. a policeman, a corporate employee, an entrepreneur - or we can decide on the life of a criminal.
Each of the houses we come across in the game world is completely unique; the player who buys it will have it for their exclusive use. Those who cannot afford this type of property may decide to buy an apartment. These were realized as instances, which means that each player can have their own - however, in general, they are much smaller and less luxurious, although they can still be decorated and furnished at our own discretion.
Game modes
Identity can be played only with others in online multiplayer mode.
Technical aspects
Identity is based on the well-known Unreal Engine 4 and boasts good quality three-dimensional visuals. The game faithfully recreates the real world - both locations and character models are characterized by a very high level of realism.
