Mechanics
Hot Shot Burn is a dynamic, arcade shooter game with a top-down perspective. During the game, the player chooses one of the available warriors - e.g. space wrestler Chuck, who can charge and set fire, or moth-killer Luna, who can become invisible - and starts fighting in closed arenas. Each character has his own unique abilities that influence the style of play.
Each of the arenas also has a unique construction and special rules. In addition, each one has a number of helpers to gain an advantage on the battlefield: they can be used to gain invisibility or the missiles ability to penetrate the walls.
Matches last as long as one of the players collects points - they are awarded for each murder and survival in the arena.
Game modes
Hot Shot Burn offers only multiplayer games. Matches can be played by 2 to 4 players locally or via the Internet.
The title regularly receives new content, which includes new characters, arenas and game modes.
Technical aspects
Hot Shot Burn offers a fun, colorful visual inspired by American cartoons. In addition, the players' struggles are accompanied by synthwave music and the voice of a match commentator.
