Hevn is an action-adventure game with survival elements, developed for PC Windows. In the game, you try to survive on an alien planet. To manage that, you have to gather resources and take care of your health, fight hostile animals, and complete quests given by the mining corporation you work for.

Plot

The game is set in 2128. The future looks bleak—Earth is overpopulated and suffers from high temperatures because of the climate change. You play as a poor man called Sebastian Mar, who, seeing no other way to improve his quality of life, decides to participate in a dangerous mining expedition organized by the Nomoni corporation. The mission takes you to a hostile alien world, light years away from the Solar System.

You are the only human there. Your only companion is an advanced AI, which gives you advice and helps you with using various robots.. You can also use a tablet to contact your family and friends on Earth. Sebastian's main objective is to survive until the mission ends and to complete the tasks his employer gives him.

Mechanics

Hevn is a FPP game, and you spend most of your time exploring the world, gathering items, solving puzzles, and fighting. You have to fend off the hostile alien wildlife, using a wide range of weapons. However, you can often outsmart your foes, such as by building traps.

The in-game world is fully simulated. It has a day-night cycle, the animals have their own AI modules that dynamically control their behavior, and there are various random events. The game also features many survival elements. You have to gather food and water, as well as take care of your health and mental well-being.
