Gravity Rider: Power Run is an arcade game developed by the Polish studio Vivid Games. The title draws on the bestselling output of the Trials series.

Mechanics

In Gravity Rider: Power Run we play the role of a motorcyclist who crosses an incredibly winding obstacle course filled with jumps and ramps, trying to reach the finish line in one piece. We observe the action from the side, trying to help in gaining as many points as possible, achieving the best time results or completing special challenges that test his skills. The routes are located on different planets, so there are gravitational puzzles on each of them; from time to time we have to turn over the blocks and in this way create bridges or even activate the lifts.

The fact that the tracks are full of deadly traps (like giant lasers, shurikens or spikes protruding from the ground), which should be avoided at all costs, spices things up. In addition, the speed has to be adjusted before each jump and the body has to be skillfully balanced (in all stages of the jump). However, it's worth the effort, because the one track at our disposal is susceptible to modifications unlocked as the game progresses.

Game modes

Although in Gravity Rider: Power Run there’s no multiplayer mode, we will find here a substitute for it in the form of online rankings, thanks to which you can show off your achievements.

Technical issues

Gravity Rider: Power Run has 3D graphics of high quality, especially by the standards for mobile devices. The work of the camera, which follows the competitor even when driving the most winding stretches, is impressive; the advanced physical engine also deserves a separate mention.
