A small free extension to the controversial action game Grand Theft Auto. The plugin enriches the content of the previous London 1969 extension, offering new missions and cars, a new cutscenes and a multiplayer map.
Grand Theft Auto: London 1961 is a free, small add-on for the controversial action game by DMA Design. Practically, it is an expansion pack of an expansion pack, because it requires London 1969 in order to work properly.
The game takes us to the 60s of the past century yet again, right back to the streets of London with all of its characteristic features, such as the left hand drive. The players get new missions that take place 8 years before the events of Grand Theft Auto: London 1969, as well as 22 new vehicles, new cutscenes and a multiplayer map based on an actual city of Manchester. London 1961 is powered by the very same engine that was used in the original Grand Theft Auto and doesn’t introduce any changes in graphics and mechanics departments. It is worth noting that this add-on was created while London 1969 was in development and isn't officially supported by the publisher. It is available free of charge only for PC users.
